Mediterranean style interior and exterior with Old World and Tuscan trim and furniture (i.e. distressed light and dark wood with clavos and iron accents). Surrounding backyard features massive rock formation with several waterfalls into both pool and jacuzzi. Pool and jacuzzi have been recently renovated COMPLETELY in an iridescent, dazzling, sapphire blue & abalone glass tile. (Both pool and jacuzzi can be heated to 102+ degrees in less than 2hrs.) Side and backyard are medium size with total privacy.
