This peaceful backyard offers a calm, private setting surrounded by lush greenery, mature trees, and sweeping canyon views. The open grassy area provides plenty of space for filming, photography, meetings, or small gatherings, while the beautifully maintained landscaping adds a natural, elegant backdrop. A highlight of the space is the fully equipped outdoor kitchen — perfect for catering setups, outdoor dining, or production support. There’s also a cozy fire pit seating area where guests can relax and take in the view. Site rep fee: minimum $285/day, depending on the length of the shoot. ***Security deposit to be negotiated and the amount is dependent on the headcount, hours and the insurance deductible. Refundable Security deposit must be paid in advance to reserve the date.
