Nestled in the heart of Topanga this 2-acre property features a creekside cabin. The cabin has a vintage character and is surrounded by a winding creek, a plethora of trees, and a deck overlooking the natural setting and the creek which winds around and through the property. The cabin has a loft, with a main living area as well as an adjacent extra room. There is a full kitchen and bathroom as well. The living room has a plethora of vintage windows that let in natural light, and a giant 200-year-old sycamore right outside the dutch door. The house has a brick path in the front of the house that leads to the entrance, and a wooden deck on the side of the house that sits above the creek. This house is furnished and holds much charm with treasures and furniture from around the world, the furniture can be moved or removed upon request. Large oak, sycamore, and eucalyptus trees surround the structure offering beautiful views of their branches from the windows. The other exterior areas of the property are easily walkable and include a wood bridge that overlooks the natural creekbed, which winds through the heart of the property. With several access points, this creekbed creates our own private hiking trail encompassed with enchanting oaks, sycamores, and eucalyptus trees. There are also several vantage points to shoot the creek from high angles. On the property, there is a large yard that can be used and shot in various ways. Set builds are okay in this outdoor space with prior discussion and approval. This yard is located at across a bridge, offering easy access for production. Additional interior areas may be available upon request and on a case-by-case basis. The on-site manager will also be available during shoots.
