This space houses our design studio. When not used as an office, it is available for private use to renters (space will be delivered vacant with the exception of the onsite host). This bright modern and loft-like space is available for meetings, classes, professional events, and small photo or video shoots. Two private elevator banks open to the penthouse floor. Windows on all three sides mean an abundance of sunny natural light all day. This space comes with two private bathrooms, a full kitchen with two-burner stove top, coffee machine, espresso machine and an additional seating table area, desks and chairs for 20. In addition to the conference room, we have two phone booths for private calls, a smart tech outfitted large conference room that seats 12-15 comfortably, and a professional laser printer/copier.
