The house is a beautiful early 20th century construction. Located in the Larchmont village / Hancock Park area of LA, the house features a spacious living and dining room area, a large kitchen, a great backyard. The house is available for daytime shoots and someone will be on the premises to assist with logistics or issues. The house is fully furnished and we can provide professional lighting as well.

Tristan was great and the space was perfect for our needs. Plenty of controllable natural light and an easy layout made this space ideal for filming a family home set up. Tristan is knowledgeable and understanding of production needs, exceptionally pleasant, and remarkably accommodating. When the need arrises, I will book his place again without hesitation.
