Our brand new Content Lounge boasts 3 unique sets designed with the diverse needs of creators in mind. This space is equipped with front lighting to highlight your best features as well as uplighting to adjust the colors of the set to align with your brand. Sets can accommodate 2 - 5 guests in the frame. This space is adjacent to our brand new cyc wall, which can be added on for headshots or full body shots before or after your shoot. Mon-Thur 9am-5pm: $100/hr Mon-Thur 5pm-4am & Fri-Sun: $150/hr *The listed price includes access to the set only* 4 microphones, 3 cameras and production support is available at an additional fee. Other costs to consider: - Bartender: A certified bartender is required to dispense all alcohol. - A $20/hr host fee may be required. Bookings may be required to submit a refundable damage deposit. All bookings are required to complete a supplementary agreement to accept the venue's terms and conditions.
