ARCHITECTURAL ULTRA MODERN: This "Shoot Friendly" house has crisp clean lines with tons of Natural Light in almost every room. The house has a wide variety of shoot areas to accommodate productions that need multiple looks within the same location. Most areas have a cohesive Concrete, Glass & Steel Design Element incorporated into the decor and have been furnished with Cool Modern Furniture. The big rooms, open floorplan, large windows and the Architectural Digest design elements are sure to have your Director & DP in HEAVEN!!! Aside from working as a modern house, at night many areas of the interior can double as a modern style Night Club if necessary. There's also a very private backyard with a Modern/Bali-esque vibe. A large, tropically decorated Cabana looks out onto the pool and can also double as an outdoor restaurant. Palm Trees, Seating Areas, a Waterfall & Fire Features are scattered around the area, with a 8-10 person Jacuzzi built into the center of the pool. It has a resort feel and can easily play as a Tropical Get-A-Way or Resort. To accommodate Meetings, Dinner Parties & Get Togethers the house has a Cool Modern Vibe that exudes a professional feel/look, with large rooms for buffet/dinner table set ups, a wet bar and many large gathering areas both interior & exterior. The owner has had events with a guest list in excess of 100 attendees. There is a church & a golf course that rent out parking for productions in the area for shuttle service to accommodate large shoot/parties.
