Share Abandoned Mainstreet 1940's Brick Facade Retail Space
This once a bustling Main Street retail front on Denver's west side is now an all open format, natural light space perfect for moody photoshoots, spooky film projects, music videos with a grunge or rustic ambience or a location to simply shoot content with textural backdrops!
The space is 1700 square feet with two short partition walls dividing portions of the interior. The floors are concrete, with layers of old paint. The walls are textural exposed brick masonry. This space used to be a stained glass studio so there are a few mirrored and glass elements left in the space (perfect for artsy or experimental photography!) There is a single, working restroom in the rear of the space. There is also parking onsite for up to 5 cars on the property and three more on the street in front. The building can be accessed from the front, single door which also has a craftsman-style stained glass relic still installed!
There is a working furnace and thermostat so you don't have to freeze your buns off. No wifi yet. Working toilet and sink.
This space is nothing fancy, but for those needing texture, a little dust and some atmospheric creepiness - we have you covered!
