Recitals, intimate workshops and private lessons work very well in this space. The front room welcomes each client into a performance or workshop environment. A repurposed wood stage with PA system and microphones are included. We also have an upright piano. The front room comfortable seats 30 - 40. The back room is used as a reception area to serve food before or after and event. The back room can also be used for more intimate sessions. There is a back door to additional parking in the back. Restroom and working desk also in this area. Off the 118 Freeway, easily accessed and is walking distance from local restaurants, gallery and yoga studio.
