- Ceiling grid lighting that is easily controlled
- Green room for talent, hair and makeup
- Multiple restrooms for crew; talent-only restroom
- Full professional-grade kitchen for food prep and styling
- Sound booth for audio recording
- Two editing bays for quick rough cuts
- Open spaces and lounge area for crafty and catering
- Easy access to loading docks and freight elevators for grip and gaffer equipment
