AVAILABLE NEW YEARS EVE PARTY and close to ROSE BOWL for parade and games. Huge home on a large corner lot. Single-level home, great for filming as a neighborhood suburban home or for small parties and events. Available for overnight sleeping for guests or film crews. Sleeps 16; 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plus tiny house bedroom. 3 fireplaces, large living and dining room open to breakfast nook and patio with level wood floors, so easy to move furniture for shooting or great open floor plan for cocktail party style. Master has fireplace, deep tub, and separate shower. Marble corner kitchen. Formal dining room with grand piano and fireplace. Living room with fireplace, 2 sets of french doors to cute patio and backyard with lots of plants. Enclosed completely private back yard with large oak tree with low limb great for climbing. Open to overnight stays and parties and events up to 75 people. The back yad is perfect for a small wedding or family barbecue. Pets are welcome. Fully enclosed backyard that is very private. For filming unfortunately there is some freeway traffic noise in the back yard, however inside and the front yard it is not heard. It is a neighborhood, so no loud music after 10pm, so need to go inside after 10pm. Is good for small events, weddings and parties but not big rave parties. Has been used as an elderly home so has a discrete wheelchair ramp and a disabled bathroom and is fully accessible, the floors are all level and very easy to move around, re arrange furniture and moving camera equipment. This house is not lived in it is just for rentals, so no clutter and no problems moving furniture. Free ovenight stay with any event or full day shoot. So for a wedding or event family can sleep over and for a film shoot you can have crew sleep over and store equipment. If you are just interested in using for overnight stay, without event or just for crew accommodations please message me for a much lower rate. Within studio zone. Easy to get to, close to freeways yet in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Tons of street parking. One block walk to Starbucks and supermarkets and huge parking lots. Is the last house on a corner lot so has both quiet suburban neighborhood feel but short walk to everything you need.
