2nd floor studio, hardwood floor, lots of natural light windows. Some blackout curtains and a drop down white paper backdrop available for use. Stairs up to studio space only. ** Note, for audio capture, commercial trucks do pass through our parking lot occasionally and although its usually not too loud, it can interrupt sensitive audio capture temporarily (20-40 seconds) from time to time. Space can be cleared entirely and left completely empty for $40 additional. Included: - Access to some C-stands, plastic light stands, reflectors, clamps. Usage subject to availability Optional, for rent: - 2x Canon EOS R - 1x Canon C70 - 1x 35mm prime f1.8, 50mm prime f1.4, 85mm prime 1.8, 16-35mm f2.8, 24-70mm f2.8, 70-200mm f2.8 Contact for rental rates/packages. We will match or beat Vancouver Rental shops prices if our gear is available. Please note the entire facility has security cameras that record all footage in all rooms (except bathrooms). If shooting boudoir please inform your clients of this to ensure they're comfortable with that. Turning off of the cameras is not permitted at any time for any reason.
