Welcome to our beautiful elegant luxurious loft. We are located at Park Lawn and Lakeshore in the Warehouse Lofts. Beautiful 17ft high with floor to ceiling windows. Beautifully furnished with modern and elegant touches. This gorgeous space brings in natural light all day and includes wainscotting, bright light fixtures, modern classic furniture, and brand new functioning kitchen. The main floor has a half bathroom that can be used. The upper level bedroom is an empty space that can be used as a fitting/change room or can be used for photoshoots if you wanted to bring your own backdrop or material. Please note: the upstairs bathroom is NOT for use. The building has a service elevator and visitor parking in addition to a ton of street parking so it's easy to bring things up and down. If you do have material that requires the service elevator, please let us know so we can book it for you. This space is perfect for photoshoots, video shoots, content creating, bridal parties, etc. I am asking weekend bookings to be full days. These are the busiest days and I prefer to have a full day booked rather than shorter stays. Message for more details or for booking! Easy check-in and check-out through lockbox access, so we ask all guests be mindful of booking window and check-out times to be courteous to other guests. We look forward to sharing our space with you.

Diana's loft was absolutely stunning - just as shown in photo's. It had everything I needed, and provided a beautiful natural light. I also appreciated how easy it was to pull up to the front door and unload my items, and get it into the unit. There is free parking on the street too, which is a bonus. Not all condo buildings offer this luxury, so it was greatly appreciated.

Diana's space was gorgeous! My photography client was a fitness trainer and the kitchen and open space upstairs was perfect for her shoot! The lighting can't be beat and Diana provided very clear instructions on how to access everything. I will definitely return.
