Furnished, open concept studio space with eclectic interior design and plenty of natural light. Southwest facing with views of the CN Tower, Lake Ontario, and a large park. The space includes a kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub, a bedroom, and a large balcony. The open space, tall ceilings, and bright natural lighting make this space ideal for artists, athletes, and entrepreneurs. This space is pet friendly, marijuana friendly, LGBTQ-friendly, and a Transgender Safe Space and is accepting of people, of all races and backgrounds! The hourly rate includes use of the furniture, all of the rooms and amenities, and multiple backdrops for photography shoots ($10 extra/backdrop if the backdrop touches the floor). The studio is also set up with numerous lighting options, photography equipment, and a brass X-Pole for pole dancing that can all be used, for an additional cost. -Photography Equipment (tripods, strobe lighting, and c-stand)- $20/hr -X-Pole-$20/hr
