Take all your belongings. • The cleaning fee only covers for post rental Covid cleaning— General cleaning, including floor sweeping/mopping, wiping down surfaces are expected to be done by the guest(s) before checkout). • Alcohol serving must be accompanied by serving it right certificate and proper license. Smoking is not permitted at all times. Children under the age of 18 must be under adult supervision. • Any emergency/damage callout visits that require host to be onsite or outside of event booking time are charged at $90 per hour. • Quiet hours 10pm-8am, residents are above the retail space. • Please close and lock all windows and doors when leaving the property. • Please refrain from tampering with the electrical box in the stockroom. • If you are ever unsure of the operations of certain equipments or fixtures, please contact host before use. • Please refrain from repositioning the furniture/shelving set up. • Please notify your host if damages are made on any of the furniture, fixtures or property throughout your stay. • The person booking is responsible for communicating these rules to the rest of their booking party
