Spacious 800 SQ FT open loft space. 12 FT ceilings.Concrete floor. Kitchen and one bathroom w/ shower. Direct access to street level and private entrance. Furnished for gatherings, can remove some if necessary. Large chalkboard for fun or games! Lots of space to store coats or clothes. Great for events, off-sites, productions (lots of natural light)--even pop-ups! Note price for production may be higher depending on circumstances. Can also be available later than 10 pm or even overnight. There is a queen size Murphy bed and a sleeper sofa if desired. Note: While the space itself is wheelchair accessible, the washroom is located two steps above ground level.
