Rentals outside of 8am-6pm will be charged at 2X normal hourly rate.

Overtime charge is incurred after 10 hours at 2X normal hourly rate.

This space is strictly for photography and film/video production with a limit of 49 people occupancy.

Renter is responsible for removal and disposal of excess trash in a proper manner.

The property shall be left in the exact same condition as when the rental began.
