About the Space

A vintage-style home in Etobicoke located near movie studios with luxury design details featuring patterned ceilings surrounded by greenery, in a peaceful neighbourhood. Perfect for period pieces OR a cozy home setting. The home is light and spacious with various windows including a bay window overlooking the street. This home was built in the early 1960s. The house has a beautiful 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms. All carpeted. Not to mention a concrete patio at the foot of a spacious backyard. It's the largest property in the neighbourhood by sq. footage. The furniture in the home is mid-century modern style with hints of retro-glam inspiration throughout. We've had the pleasure of hosting music video (SONY, Universal, WB), film and commercial shoots here. All productions are welcome!
