★ Perfect for: meetings, group and pop-up workshops. Fits 8 attendees comfortably (6 on both benches, and 2 on opposite-end chairs), but could add 2 more chairs to accommodate up to 10 attendees. Also suitable for professional photoshoots or youtube filming (please provide nature of photoshoot and filming to determine suitability).
★ What's included in your meeting room: High-Speed Wifi, TV, Apple TV, coffee, tea, water, locally made wooden long table, 2 locally made live-edge benches, and 2-4 chairs.
★ Other areas you have access to: communal kitchen (listed as communal, but it is seldom used by the office owner) and washroom both of which are maintained and cleaned on a regular basis.
★ Optional services: we can offer printing, scanning, copying services, and white board + marker use at an extra cost(please let us know in advance).
★ Easily accessible: right off multiple highways for those travelling from Vancouver and beyond (2 min drive from BC 99 & 5 min drive from Knight Bridge ), FREE parking stalls up to 8 available spaces (first come first serve), and 3 min walk from nearest bus stop for those travelling by public transit.
★ Environment: located on the 2nd floor of a quiet and safe low-rise (2 levels total) commercial property in Bridgeport, Richmond.
★ Security: security alarm system is in place and can be activated should you wish to protect your belongings.

Standard rates quoted on this site are for simple branding photoshoots with a production size of 5 or less and minimal props. Please inquire within with your production details for your customized quote.
- Bookings require 3 hour minimum
- Day rate is 9am - 5pm (8 hours) & will be calculated as 40% off the hourly rate x 8
