A newly renovated, unique and versatile space that can be used for events of all kinds, day and night. For day-time, its great for corporate off-sites, workshops and studio space. For night-time, we have a bar, event equipment, a projector and other lighting options. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Toronto, this unique space can be used for many different types of events. We are happy to help accommodate a specific kind of setup you need. Every inquiry will receive a custom quote depending on a number of factors, however, here is the general pricing: Weekday Rate: $120/hr Fri/Sat Night (after 5pm): $150/hr 12:00am-3:00am: $300/hr Staffing available for $30/hr (optional, you can provide your own) Prices will vary depending on the type of the event * A security guard may be required depending on the type of event. - Wifi - Cool ass bar made of pianos - Sound system with Spotify - Fridge and freezer - tables and chairs to meet your needs - Projectors - Google ChromeCast - Newly renovated - Furniture can be moved in and out as needed - Optional chairs for presentations - Can hold up to 100 people - Coat racks and hangers We are located on the 3rd floor, there is a freight elevator but its not exactly wheelchair friendly If you have any questions, drop us a line!

Space Rental Rules The booker (thats you) is responsible for the space and and any guests during the booking. Any damage, theft, or costs that result from the use of the space will be the responsibility of renter. Booking times include setup and cleanup however some exceptions can be made for earlier setup IF POSSIBLE. It may also be possible to pick belongings the next morning. You are free to rearrange the space but it must be put back how it was left. If there is a need to bring in additional furniture, please let us know in advance. To following behaviours is grounds to cancel the event and withhold the damage deposit: - Excessive drunkenness, - Vomiting - Violent or dangerous behaviour - Tampering with the security camera system - Smoking - Illegal drug use All personal belongings and decorations, including all objects not belonging to the space must be removed and the room is to be cleaned upon departure. If you are coming back the next day to pick up up stuff, you much ensure any organic (food/drink) materials are disposed on the night of the event. We will have a cleaner come in so you don't need to do a full clean, just pick up your garbage! Maximum Capacity is 100. Fire code.

Charlie was a great host! He was very accommodating, easy to communicate with, and fulfilled all my needs. The event space was spacious and cozy. I had a great time hosting my event at his loft, and would 100% recommend him as a host.
