The house sits on a quiet dirt road in Yucca Valley's Western Hills Estates. Nearby attractions like Joshua Tree National Park, PioneerTown, La Copine, Integratron, Pappy & Harrient's, and Hawks Landing Golf Course are all just a few minutes away, but the area still feels peaceful and remote.
Spanish Adobe meets Desert Revival
Authentic Spanish adobe meets desert revival. This spacious five acre property is aptly named "El Paraiso del los Suenos" (Paradise of Dreams), not only for the inspiration that the space will conjure but the soundness of sleep it serenity and solitude provides. Nestled in a nook of a tree national park that even the locals don't know about, this space is for the desert connoisseur. Home was built by actor Richard Lynch.
Joshua Tree Boulders
Beautiful rock formations, hilltops and 360 degree views on an open valley. Just 5 minutes off the 29 Palms highway, this 5 acres is in Yucca Valley close to border with Joshua Tree and has breathtaking views.
On the other side of the hill stands a burning man jungle gym type climbable structure, about 16 ft tall, it's part of the property and available for shoots.
A gorgeous bamboo day bed overlooks the valley beneath.
This property can resemble the Joshua Tree National Park (no Joshua trees though, except for a couple very small ones).
