Cute little country-style home in East Pasadena
Our home is a cozy country-style one bedroom house in East Pasadena. Living room, dining room and kitchen are joint, the master bedroom is fairly big, romantic style. The second bedroom is used as a tiny studio and there is one little bathroom only (access from the bedroom).
The furniture is mainly antiques, all unique pieces.
The backyard and garden are big and spacious, with a useful outdoor bathroom, two-cars-sized garage converted into a dance/theater/creative room, a patio, a bistro set, a fountain and a fruit garden.
Our home is available for small-size shoots with a limited crew (20 people max). We do not allow shoots in the front yard not to disturb our neighbors.
Shooting in the backyard is allowed only with a small crew and if it's not a noisy production.
We like to keep our house clean and tidy, so we expect to find it in the same way after its use.
This house style and space is particularly good for filming, small receptions and events, classes and workshops.
We are looking forward to hosting you and your crew/friends here!

Sunny Craftsman bungalow with beautiful yards
Our Craftsman-style home, built in 1918, is located in the Bungalow Heaven Landmark District of Pasadena, just north of the 210.
Previously featured in the Bungalow Heaven Home Tour, the home retains numerous period features including red oak floors, leaded glass door cabinets, wainscoting, crown moldings and picture rails. There is even an original pull-out Murphy bed in the downstairs office! The dining room features a backlit stained-glass window from an 1800's church in Ohio.
In addition to the period charm are contemporary, California-casual furnishings. Think "Pottery Barn."
The numerous oversized windows allow light to wash over the rooms, creating a welcoming space. The upstairs bedrooms are very light and airy, having numerous windows, and there is a balcony facing a professionally landscape rear garden. The backyard is completed with a wisteria covered pergola, currently being used as an outdoor dining pavilion.
