This is a beautiful ground level meeting room with decorative fireplace, 10" ceilings, sofa, armchair, coffee table, desk with Apple desktop. It can accommodate up to 6-10 people for a comfortable private meeting, film, photo shoot or a small private event. Easy to book on a short notice. Feel free to contact me with any questions. Exposed brick Multi-use Event/Shooting Space
We offer our East Village store for private parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, cocktail receptions, seminars, concerts, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties. It is located in the East Village is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops.
The space is on the first floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The size is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use.
NOTE: This location is available 24-7 / 365 days a year.
Premier Event & Production Space
Our premiere creative space is in the Flat Iron--Tech District. This space is open floor plan which makes it extremely effortless to convert into a production studio or great event space, you will be able to see in the visuals in the photo library. Our premiere creative space on the 18th floor with two freight elevators for production load in and 4 main elevators for guest and crew. This space also has two balconies overlooking downtown NYC.
Penthouse Suite Located in the Heart of Midtown
We are a functioning production and post-production house located in the heart of midtown. We have a unique, penthouse suite and an outdoor deck with great views. We are close to 2 major parking garages and we have a private elevator. For more information feel free to send us a message about your production needs.

This 1,500 sq./ft. top floor studio and skylight cafe in Chinatown is easily convertible to a 14,000 sq/ft three floors plus rooftop space depending on your needs, making it the perfect environment to collaborate, produce or display ideas and merge talents. This location has an outpour of natural light and an ideal view of the Manhattan Bridge. Fully stocked with a kitchenette, sound system, AV projector, and ample variety of props, seating and table possibilities. This space is the ideal location for your next creative or social endeavor.
Additional areas available for rent can be used for Video Villages, Talent, Hair and Makeup, Wardrobe, etc

We manage several locations in NYC. Each space has an on-site representative. Our customer experience team has been working in the production industry for 5+ years. We have a hands on approach and are here to assist you if needed. Once you book the space, our representative will be available on-site during the entire production, making sure your experience is seamless.
Before you arrive, the space will be prepped and spotless ready for you to use. When you arrive, the on-site rep will check you in, assist you load in your equipment, and will be available on-site the entire time in case you need assistance with decor, furniture rearrangement, or any other requests that might come up. After the production, the on-site rep will help you load-out your equipment.

COI is mandatory for all productions, offsite meetings and events. We can help you sort this out using our trusted COI supplier which is very affordable.

We happily provide you with plenty of extras, to make sure your time in this seminar room is an absolute blast. Make use of our microphone, flipchart, projector, screen, whiteboard, pens, paper, speaker’s desk, TV screen and extra chairs + tables, at some additional costs. We can also gladly help you arranging lunch, breakfast, drinks and other catering.
