George S. Bowdoin Carriage House
Behind the Dutch Revival style façade of this historic building built in 1902 is a 3-story contemporary interior crowned with a brick glass ceiling. Natural sunlight floods the vast interior united by a soaring spiral staircase from the ground floor to the third floor.
The Carriage House has been featured in films, books, magazines and newspapers. It has hosted exclusive events, art exhibitions, weddings, fashion shows, dinners and parties.
The venue features a large reception area, 2 vast spaces, wood burning fireplace, spacious meeting room with bath en suite, chef's kitchen, powder room, 3rd floor terrace, ceiling heights up to 25', curb cut and garage entrance, making it ideal for production sets, as well as for a variety of social, corporate, and private events.

Exposed brick Multi-use Event/Shooting Space
We offer our East Village store for private parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, cocktail receptions, seminars, concerts, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties. It is located in the East Village is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops.
The space is on the first floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The size is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use.
NOTE: This location is available 24-7 / 365 days a year.
Premier Event & Production Space
Our premiere creative space is in the Flat Iron--Tech District. This space is open floor plan which makes it extremely effortless to convert into a production studio or great event space, you will be able to see in the visuals in the photo library. Our premiere creative space on the 18th floor with two freight elevators for production load in and 4 main elevators for guest and crew. This space also has two balconies overlooking downtown NYC.
Authentic ground floor soho lofts
Our loft space once housed the former Pearl River Mart. It comprised of three floors all 10,000 sq feet each. Our ground floor has 100 feet of store frontage on Broadway and Mercer streets, floor to ceiling windows, 16 foot finished tin ceilings, hardwood floors and a working waterfall feature. There are entrances on both Broadway and Mercer streets with roll in access on Broadway.

The space includes a mid sized meeting room in with an outdoor terrace. Located in the iconic center of Manhattan, Midtown in a modern high rise building. The view is amazing from both the meeting room and terrace.

Sun Drenched Loft with Elevator and High Ceilings
This sun-drenched loft with high ceilings and park views is situated in Lower East Side/Chinatown within a 50,000 sqft boutique building that was formerly home and recording studio to the Beastie Boys. Turn your ideas into realities in the building where some of NYC's most creative artists and startups got their start.
Our 1,770 square foot studio features an open layout with over 10 feet ceilings heights and windows flooding the space with natural light and fresh air. The loft overlooks Sara Roosevelt Park. Elevator building. Temperature controlled HVAC.
This space is ideal for art/photography exhibits, film/photo shoots, digital content creation, fashion shows and meetings/conferences. Many public and charter schools are in the neighborhood and this would be great for education/learning pods as well. If additional space is required, there are other studios on the floor and within the building that can be rented for check-in, breakout or storage areas.
We are located on Chrystie Street (between Canal and Hester), directly across from a park. It's a short 2-minute walk from the Grand Street B/D express trains and half a block from Canal Street which has access to numerous subway lines including J/Z/6/N/R/Q/W/F. Easy access via the Manhattan Bridge to/from Brooklyn. Chrystie Street has a bike path with several Citibike stations nearby.
