Location consist of a 4,900 square foot freestanding warehouse with landscaped adjacent courtyard. Polished concrete floors throughout and historic corrugated metal ceiling & sandblasted metal roof trusses.
Gated private parking (entire parking lot only available on weekends).
Trash and recycling containers on site.
2 lockable back offices with 2 private restrooms, and wifi available.
Ample power access throughout interior and in courtyard.
Overhead, dimmer-equipped track lighting and truss-mounted, adjustable klieg lights available
4 large, historic sliding barn doors for easy load-in and load-out (because of this, space is not climate controlled - sorry, no vehicles allowed in space without prior consent from owner).
Located near the train tracks, so noise maybe a factor at times.
Cool & Crafty Startup Office With Sleeping Pods
1200 sq ft storefront off of Hollywood Blvd with 14ft ceilings, concrete floors, full kitchen, full bath. There are two custom built 10ft co-working tables with office chairs, sound booth, 2 computer on an airplane wing table, 5 monitors on the wall, and 7 sleeping pods.
Please note: the price is negotiable based on your hours and if the location must be fully private/empty or can be shared with the co-living residents.
Beautiful, Flexible Hollywood "Art Gallery"
Unique and photogenic room that we refer to as our "Art Gallery" but it has been used for almost any look over the years - from a Fire Chief's Office to a theater dressing room. The stained glass windows let in a lot of light and it is quiet enough for good sound recording for dialog heavy scenes.

In addition there is a possibility of rent a next door parking spot, also. But this will be through different host.

The Space is a 1800 square foot Lounge, 1000 sq ft indoor & 800 sq ft heated patio outdoor located in Mid city and it can be used for birthdays, graduation parties, fundraisers, corporate events, Bar mitzvahs, engagement parties, wedding parties, app release parties or any other special events. We serve soft drinks, juices, water, snacks and also Hookah. It is Located in the center of Los Angeles so public transportation is available, street parking is also easy to find. Host will be present to help out with any needs.
Sunday - Thursday pricing is 150/hr for Both indoor and Patio included.
Friday and saturday Pricing after 6pm is 200/hr for Both indoor and Patio included..
4 hour minimum on saturday after 6pm.
there is a security personnel charge of $50 for night events and he will be patrolling our two venues on the same street, if an individual security is wanted for an event the charge would be $75.

Beverages and Hookah are Available, in order to have these services you have to let us know at the time of booking so we can notify our vendors.

IMPORTANT: You will be charged 1.5x hourly rate for any early arrivals or late departures in 30 minute intervals. Please consider your needs for the day and factor that set-up and wrap-up time into your booking accordingly. Advance notice helps us to better coordinate our day, and to schedule the housekeepers.
