We will be operating our business from inside of the warehouse during out normal business hours 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. However we will not be interfering with your cars or trucks movement.
You may have access to the property 24/7.
Clothing Showroom / Retail Store / 4 offices which is located inside of our warehouse can be rented as well upon request.

Our creative space in South Park, Downtown LA, is located just blocks away from Staples Center, the Fashion District and Gallery Row! This newly renovated industrial design space is the ideal location for private events or creative showcases. It is a brand new space on the market and is just opening it doors to the public with 3000 sq. ft of multi-functional space, lofty 25 ft ceilings and a 13 ft window with plenty of natural light facing Olive Street.

Give a mid-century modern look with some boho flair to your filming or photo shoot. Good space for small meetings, interviews, therapy, coaching, fashion shoots, filming, etc.
Lots of natural light or overhead LED lights. Blackout curtains available. In Palms, very close to Sony Studios! There are small lobby areas and a small kitchenette in the office that can be used for makeup and hair. Separate entrance and exit doors.
This is an office used to provide therapy and is usually in use Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays evenings. Please inquire for daytime usage if in need of those days.
