Disadvantages

  • Crowds
Perhaps one of the worst things about London is the crowds. If you've visited Central London on a Saturday, in the summer months especially, you'll know what we mean. It can feel like you're pressed between people, leaving you feeling flustered and stressed. Make sure that everything's been accounted for hours before your conference to avoid last-minute errands in the streets.
  • Expensive
London is one of the most expensive cities in the world, so you will have to allot more budget for your expenses when planning a formal event such as a conference.

Famous Locations in London

To this day, the famous Portobello Road antique market comes to life each Saturday, transforming the street into a fascinating treasure trove of intriguing items. After a few hours of exploring all the market has to offer, why not head over to GAIL's Bakery for a drink and a bite to eat, or maybe grab some sushi from Ukai? You won't struggle to find something enjoyable to do in this area of London.
  • Primrose Hill
Situated in Regent's Park, Primrose Hill is one of six protected viewpoints in the city. Although it is part of sprawling Regent's Park, Primrose Hill is separated from the rest of the park by the ZSL London Zoo. The view from the top of the popular hill is touted as one of London's best viewpoints. Perhaps you can visit yourself and see if you agree!
