The San Fernando Masonic Lodge has been a venue for Netflix and other TV, Film, MTV & photoshoots. Our building has retained that rustic colonial look and feel since it's construction in 1955. Photo and video shoots utilized multiple spaces in the building that boasts a huge hall that can hold up to 350 people and a stage for presentations and smaller halls that will fit 25, 50, and 100 people.
Located on one of the main roads of the city of San Fernando, the historic building became a favorite location for production teams not just because of the spacious multiple halls that they can do simultaneous shoots that saves them time and their production budgets but also because of its big parking space that can host their generators, big trucks, artist vans, and cars that can easily hold up to 80 vehicles.

The Center has a lovely lofted space and one private room upstairs which beautifully peaceful and accommodating.
The Center is located on the ground floor with ample parking and is handicap accessible from the front of the building. The backside of the building (our front door) parallels an eleven acres nature preserve, Nickel Bottom Garden, with groomed trails and meadow for your use.

Appropriate for production with cast/crew group up to 20. Conveniently located blocks away from South Pasadena and Old Town & Art Center. Easily accessible from the 110 & 210 freeways.

Conference room, kitchen & outdoor patio are located next to each other, with a connecting door which can be opened for a larger, different set up preference.
Our on-site manager will coordinate with you to ensure all needs are met for a successful shoot. Here are some general policies to keep in mind:
* All rentals include load-in and strike time. If your booking runs over time, you will be charged time and a half per Peerspace policy.
*Insurance cert. is needed. A security deposit may be requested depending on size & scope of your project.
* Child talent must be pre-approved before your production.
* No loud music/noise outdoor after 10:30pm
* This is a smoking & drug-free zone. No smoking will be permitted on the premises.
* Furniture can be moved but must be returned to original setting prior to end of booking. Please inquire for permission first.
* Trash should be placed in the bins and large disposable trash in our dumpster located at the back of the building in the parking lot.
