The Carol ~ heritage character loft in Gastown The space was beautiful (as seen in photos) and Surya was attentive and a very fast responder. We booked the day before for a 5hr last minute shoot, and she was able to accomodate us and help us make the process smooth. Thanks again Surya!

The Carol ~ heritage character loft in Gastown We had such a good experience shooting here. While I never met Surya win person, I did speak to her on the phone and she was always very responsive messaging through the app. She was very helpful in answering questions beforehand and even sent me a walkthrough video when I couldn't see it in person due to my schedule. She sent concise instructions on how to gain access the day of the shoot. Everything went off without a hitch. The location is beautiful, clean and exactly how it appears in the pictures. We used the Carol for a photo shoot for our law firm and the pictures that I've seen so far turned out amazing. Really happy we used The Carol, would use it again, and highly recommend.
