About the Space

Activities: Our gym space is perfect for a variety of fitness training including HIT training, weightlifting, stretching, group classes, yoga, and more. We provide a range of equipment to support these activities, including free weights, medicine balls, bands, cardio equipment, and more. Layout: Our space is divided into two areas. The first area is perfect for weightlifting, with mirrors and individual cells to create an environment that is focused on exercises such as deadlifts, squats, bench press etc. The second area is more open, with a range of ergs available, such as stationary bikes, assault bikes, ski ergs, and rowers. This area is perfect for cardio training, group classes, or simply stretching. Unique Features: Our gym space is designed to offer a high-end fitness experience, with a range of unique features and amenities. Our bathrooms and front-of-house areas are finished to an exceptionally high standard, with polished concrete and subtle branding. The black and grey backdrop creates a great environment for photography, so you can capture your fitness journey in style.
