About the Space
Beautiful heritage loft with natural light located in the heart of Gastown, Vancouver. Cozy Loft is ideal for lifestyle photography, portraiture, interview style productions, videography, intimate gatherings and catered events. There is a rush of natural light with two large windows surrounded by exposed brick, high ceilings, concrete floors and beautiful wooden beams. The soundproofed concrete walls make this the perfect space for film and production. The 750 square foot space has many many prop items, seating options and decor to set up your perfect shot. The light in the studio is beautiful from sunrise to sunset and it can be used in many different ways by using the shutters to control lighting. Side Notes: - WIFI is available to you and perfect if you are looking to livestream. - There is a courtyard at the lobby entrance that is completely enclosed. This serves as a perfect "holding" area or for food and beverage for larger crews. - The elevator is large and industrial. We look forward to having you! This studio is so beautiful! Has a lot of boho and feminine elements to it. I loved hosting my event there. All my attendees also loved the place! Keenya responded very fast and accommodated all our needs. Would love to host an event in the studio again.

The space was clean, open and well kept. Keenya was friendly, prompt, and her expectations around clean up/use of space were more than reasonable. Would highly recommend! Many of the guests I had at my event complimented the space. The only thing I would change/add is a fridge (even a mini one) would be amazing for drinks - other than that it was perfect. Thanks Keenya!
