Sepulveda Screening Room (See description rates) Very good experience. Michael is very responsive and was very helpful during the event preparation. Same for the full team actually. The screening room is very nice and very well maintained. We received all the support we needed and everything went very well. I fully recommend this venue and this team.

Fine Arts Theatre (See description for rates) This location surpasses expectations, especially when viewed through a camera lens. Ideal for anyone in need of an old theatre, it offers perfect filming conditions. Working with Michael and his team was a top-notch and enjoyable experience. Concerns about parking are mitigated by a convenient parking structure a mere 10-minute walk away, which our cast and crew used without issue. Additionally, for those requiring closer parking, ample metered street parking is available directly behind the theatre—just assign a production assistant to refresh the meter every two hours. Highly recommend renting this location; it's a decision you won't regret.
