About the Space

This is a 43 acre property right on the edge of Los angeles, and space rental will be different depending on how much/ which parts of the property will be used. There are extensive rustic outdoor spaces as well as three rental units for indoor activities, a beautiful pool, horses, goats, old cars, and much more. Great for horror movies, 70's shots, nature shots, product or model photography, weddings, or many other kinds of things. A 35 minute drive from downtown LA (with minimum traffic), we are just on the edge of Altadena. The space is extremely versatile and can offer many different things, please schedule a scout to come get the full feeling!

    Production went smoothly and the host Marlon was great! Had a space for us to set up home base and we were able to roam around the property and shoot most places. Would definitely recommend.

    This place is amazing and offers a wide variety of shooting locations. The staff and family that live on site are incredible, kind, respectful and easy to work with. I will actively find a reason to film here again.
