About the Space
Our Amazing home is great for film production, photoshoots, various family events and commercials. This is a 5000 sq.ft house with 6 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and 5 baths will surely be a best place for your production, family events need. Located in open space area with amazing view of the city and mountains. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with large homes on acres. walking distance to parks, schools and restaurants. Available for all day events as well. NOTE-- the price varies depending on number of attendees. as you book, change the number of attendees to get the correct estimated price.

We rented the property for 5 hours for a graduation party. We had around 100 people. We had a band, food and drinks! Everything was amazing and turned out perfect. The guests were impressed and loved the party! Thank you and we highly recommend this rental!

We had Johnny's 80th party here and it was PERFECT! The space was amazing for the party. We set up the dinner tables on the beautiful covered patio but the inside was also wonderful for gathering all together. Really is a very nice venue for parties of 40-100 people. We had 40. Best of all the host James was an absolute gem! He always communicated with us on all questions and the day of the event, he was right there lending a hand to whatever we needed. James and his family were very helpful and supportive. It was an excellent place to have a gathering. We enjoyed the house and especially the patio and backyard because it was a perfect day to spend time outside.

Beautiful home great location easy to find. the owner was home the entire time for our party and didn't bother to shut off the sprinklers while kids played outside. only allowed 30 minutes for set up and clean up was included in our time this was fine but should have been advised before. but none the less this place was perfect for a graduation.
