Your new oasis awaits at this charming, mediterranean style private guesthouse in beautiful Granada Hills. The shooting area features 3 stylish bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Entertainment room features a built-in bar, large stone fireplace, sitting area, TV, sofas, and double French doors leading to the backyard. Shooting crew will have full access to the whole outdoor area, including swimming pool as well as front door garden. Fountains in the backyard and frontyard. Long chairs. Firepit.
