About the Space
Bel-Air Home located in a very quiet neighborhood near the Getty Center. We have an infinity pool and infinity jacuzzi overlooking The Moraga Vineyard, as well as magnificent Ocean Views. There are many parking spots available on our street with no parking restrictions. We have a furnished guest house with wifi available for filming. The property is located at the end of a cul de sac street. Please do not contact us regarding parties or events, professional inquiries only.

This location was amazing! The view was incredible and the owner was more than hospitable. Parking was very convenient it was feet from the entrance of the house and more than enough. My crew were very delighted in the welcoming attitude and space to enjoy ourselves between takes. Azita was very patient through the booking process and very welcoming throughout our use of the space. Highly recommend this space if you are looking for a great experience! Will definitely use this location again for future shoots!

Such a beautiful location! Great for our music video shoot. Keep in mind that this location is just the pool deck area (not inside the house) which was great for us. Also there’s a lower deck room that was perfect for the green room for our talent and hair and makeup.
