About the Space
The 1920's house is located in the Hollywood Hills close to public transport. The home is decorated in an eclectic mix of ethnic and European antiques. The large tropical garden is ideal for a shoot that could be either in the jungle or a place owned by a bohemian local. The interior is just under 2000 square feet including the enclosed front porch. The lot it sits on is over a quarter of an acre. I have just added the pink room. It is my jewelry-making studio. It's where I hide during a shoot to be out of the way, However, for shoots of 8 hours or more, should you need it to get a shot, just ask me to move while you do your work and I will be happy to accommodate you. I have installed a short fence around the lawn to protect it from dogs. (see photo) It can easily be stepped over and you are free to walk on the lawn for shoots. However, if you wish to have it removed, I can do that. For shoots under ten hours, there is a small fee. For shoots ten hours and over, there is no fee. If possible, please let me know in advance. This is a really great space and Yvonne was VERY kind to take our booking last minute. There are lots of unique areas for different looks and the garden is a tropical paradise that will transport you into a totally different country if you want! Yvonne does have downstairs neighbours and pets so if that is not something you're not comfortable with, it might not be the space for you. Personally I didn't mind. I wish we would have booked it for longer so we could spend more time exploring all the different possibilities that the space had to offer.

The spacious backyard gives you a tropical feel, and the very bohemian living area feels like somewhere far from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles. The residents are all very welcoming, and keep to themselves. Great experience!

- Hours after 11:00PM book at 1.5x hourly rate
- Hours after 2:00 AM at 2xhourly rate

- Restroom(s) use for crews of 15 or fewer is allowed
