About the Space

The house is 2900 square feet, and was completely remodeled in the last year with light sand hardwood floors and a farmstyle kitchen, including a dutch door (that looks out onto the garden roses) and a pantry with a barn door closure. The entryway has a curved staircase. To the left is the living room with a bay window and high ceilings. From the living room, you can see through the dining room, into the kitchen, where a large tri-fold window opens to the backyard. The kitchen has an island with white quartz, offset by a dark gray base, which matches the dark gray quartz countertops. All stainless steel appliances, floating shelves, and white cabinets with muted gold handles. The den to the right of the kitchen includes a white brick fireplace, a separate sliding door to the backyard, and leads to a sizable laundry room with a sink and door (including a pet door) to the side of the house. The upstairs has 6 bedrooms, down one hall are 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom (newly remodeled), and down the other hall is the master bedroom with a connecting office. The bathroom has a large walk in shower, with a soaking tub next to it, a separate toilet and a walk in closet. Down the opposite hallway, there is a guest bedroom and a girl's bedroom, with a (newly remodeled) bathroom. All bedrooms have a view of either mature trees or the mountains. The backyard has a large kidney-shaped pool just off the dining room French doors. Beyond that is a patio overhang with a sunshade. The yard is landscaped with mature trees, including 2 fruit trees (orange and key lime) a dry rock bed, a central rose garden and is surrounded by bougainvillea and jasmine. Climbing roses surround the French doors. The front yard has white birch trees mixed with palms, anchored in a rock bed. Rose bushes line the walkway, and a mature pink rhododendron blooms next to the doorway.
