About the Space

Welcome to Villa Tierra, a stunning property where Tuscan elegance meets Spanish hacienda, nestled in the heart of Coral Gables. This exceptional property is ideal for productions and for hosting exclusive, intimate gatherings. It has a resort-like backyard complete with towering palm trees, a serene fountain, waterfall pool, Italian designer kitchen, cabana bath, and BBQ area. The master suite includes a standalone bathtub and a large wraparound terrace overlooking the lush, private grounds. The guest house has two extra rooms and full-bath which can serve as makeup/wardrobe or talent room. Villa Tierra is fully gated and secluded, perfectly situated between Village of Merrick Park and Miracle Mile. We have provided an excellent combination of uniqueness, flexibility and diversity, glamour and luxury to some of the season’s top productions. It is the ideal venue that also offers packages with all that you need for your wedding, proposal, anniversary, baby shower, corporate event, and more. **Please note that for events we may only accommodate up to 40 people including staff. **Renters are required to provide a certificate of insurance to the host prior to production/event.

    We used this property to host an influencer event and could not recommend the space & host (Carolina) enough! The property was absolutely stunning and presented so beautifully, just like the photos. Carolina went above and beyond on the day and all communication in the lead up was so friendly, quick and helpful. Organising an event from the other side of the world can be so tricky but having Carolina there to help made it feel so easy!
