WE MAKE PRODUCTION RENTALS EASY: When you rent with us, we’ve got you covered from start to finish. We’ve set our space up so that all you have to do is show up with your camera. We even include the lighting equipment if you want it. No lugging heavy gear if you don’t want to because we provide you with all the kit. Our space is one big open concept so you get access to all of our shooting spaces with your rental. Plus we’re on call if you need us during your rental. What's check-in look like? - We send you an access code to enter our studio that works from the start time of your rental Is there elevator access? - Yes, there is a passenger elevator you’ll use to get up the the 3rd floor. There’s also a freight elevator with an outdoor loading dock if you have to move in larger items. Is there a cleaning fee? - No unless you leave a mess. We expect that you clean up after yourself and leave the studio in the same condition you found it.

We came here to film a music video. Was some really nice props, colours and lighting setup ready for you to use. There was also a freight elevator which made bringing our gear to the studio very easy. Only heads up if your are in a band filming a video noise may be an issue. We received noise complaints during our first take after about 10 minutes of starting - we weren't aware of noise restrictions but we were made aware by the tenant via an alarm and phone call. This location is mainly setup for photos it seems so space between sets may be limited based on the beams / different sets but it worked great for what we needed. Aside from that if not using drums its a great space, lots of parking and professional set - definitely recommend.
