    We had a great experience shooting scenes for our feature film production at this location. Nicole, Todd, and Stephanie were terrific with communication and really went the extra mile to accommodate our needs. We would definitely work with them again on another project!

Beautiful and spacious, lovingly rehabbed, late 1890s greystone building with great backyard with pond. Large open floorplan on 2nd level including chef's kitchen with private downstairs bedroom suite, with large backyard garden area. Sun room and balcony off of upstairs master suite overlooking the backyard. New privacy fence enclosing the back makes for serene area. Property has a number of unique details - beautiful stonework and cornices on exterior of building, leaded glass throughout front room, large open living plan on main floor, and master bath has open shower and Jacuzzi tub for a spa-like feel. Approx. 2300 sq feet of living space.
