I began this company when I moved to The Rockaways, NY (Queens) from Manhattan. I love the beach and surfing and this wonderful welcoming community. My background has always been in media - as an actress, casting director, audition coach and magazine editor. Office on the Bay Claudia was absolutely fabulous start to finish! The space is exactly as pictured and Kate at the office is beyond pleasant. 10/10!!!

Office on the Bay Amazing space, was the perfect cubicle office that we were looking for. Had all the office supplies we needed to make the production look real. Great host who was reliable and communicative throughout the entire booking process. Space was relatively small if you have lots of equipment and crew but we made it work. Would recommend this space for shooting all types of productions!
