10th Street Distillery was founded by engineers with the desire to continue to challenge the status quo. Bringing old style whiskey traditions to the modern Silicon Valley was their mission. Through hard work, multiple runs through the stills, and trials to create a perfectly blended whiskey, they founded it and released their Peated Single Malt in 2019. Taking the lead in innovation for a new category of spirits, American Single Malt, has taken the lead in creating multiple expressions of this barley based spirit.
