our space is a multi use Art Venue with a full Bar, KV sound system, Theater Lighting with board, follow spot, green room, lounge with station bar, DJ booth, AC, reception area, coat check, ADA bathroom plus 3 uni sex bathrooms.
There is also a oval movable stage, and about 100 seats for a life show.
For a standing event the capacity is 250 people.
It is a store front and street level venue with large windows in the front. The ceilings are 24 feet high with a rigging truss and areal acrobatic rigging points.
