It is perfectly landscaped for an outdoor production such as: - Film Shoots - Photo Shoots - Movie Shoots - Commercial Shoots - Filmed Interviews - Fitness Videos - Documentaries - Promo Videos - Other creative production projects. The backyard has a: - Pool with waterfalls - Large Tiki Hut (with furnished outdoor living room & hammock) *Photoshoots are to be conducted only outdoors. There is a a bathroom on the side of the house with access from the outside. *The pool cabana is the perfect A/C space for your production's hair and makeup, or hang out space. We are located 15 min from Miami Beach and 20 min from broward.
