Ranch style 3,100 sqft home set on 1.25 acre lot with another empty 1.25 acre lot directly across the street perfect for production vehicles, catering, star trailers, parking and more!! (This may be rented separately for use as base camp while filming in and around the area, or in conjunction with the house)

You enter the house through large black double doors with stained glass into an open living room space with a vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and another white washed brick fireplace with mantle.
The main bedroom is extra large with a double door entrance, barn door closet, walk in closet, en suite bathroom with double sink, large shower and jacuzzi tub surrounded by large windows.
There are 2 more bedrooms and an office, as well as another bathroom with shower and tub.
So many possibilities and spaces to utilize on this large property!
