    Great Location for a podcast production! Nancy was incredibly accommodating to our request and was a big help on the day. The area and home are very quiet, which eliminates any sound treatment and sound processing headaches. The high ceilings made professional lighting very feasible, and the location looked beautiful. The backyard features a loading bay, which makes load in and load out easy. There is truly nothing bad that I can say about the location or host, which is why I give the experience 5 stars!

    Nancy is an exceptional host! She goes above and beyond to accommodate you. The house itself is stunning, and I highly recommend renting this place for film shoots. Looking forward to filming there again soon.

Perfect for photography and videography. With dozens of different rooms, and areas around the property, you will be able to shoot classy and luxurious photographs behind authentic pieces of art and furniture. Featuring Marble Floors, beautiful drapery, amazing artwork, and a pool table to use in your shoots. We do require liability insurance for all shoots. You must add the Homeowners, under the Additional Insured section. We offer a 3 car tandem parking for all shoots (included) There is 2-hour parking available just a few houses away. We also allow you to rent all day parking permits (so you wont have to move your car) for $50 per permit. (Only 2 Permits are available) The price of $99 per hour is for 10 guests and under. If there are more than 10 people in your cast/crew, then the price per hour will be increased to $130 Regular Hours Start from 6am - 6pm Outside regular hours, Price increases to $200 per hour.

The place was amazing with many beautiful areas to take shots. Very elegant background, multiple living rooms with fine decors. The host Nancy was great, she was very accommodating and understanding such a lovely host. I would truly recommend the place. The rate was awesome considering how beautiful the place is.
